Delete your Cortina account
Cortina is the theatre companion app for play discovery, reviews, tickets, and lists.
You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time.
Option 1 — In the Cortina app (recommended)
- Open the Cortina app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Under Account settings, tap Delete account.
- Confirm and enter your password. Deletion is immediate.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email us from the address
linked to your Cortina account. We will delete your account and data within 30 days.

What is deleted
- Your Cortina account (Cognito login)
- Public profile (display name, handle, optional birth year and city)
- Reviews, ratings, seen dates, want-to-see entries, and tags
- Saved ticket bookings and custom play lists
- Friend connections and activity feed entries
- Feedback and content reports you submitted
Shared theatre catalog data (plays, theatres, cast) is not deleted because it is not personal data.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
